Lene is a casual restaurant & wine bar delivering high quality food in a fun and funky environment with young friendly staff and great music ––as a gallery space showcasing some of Victoria best established and emerging artists.

Head chef/ owner Cameron Williams is a 25 year old chef born in Melbourne who started his apprenticeship at Jacques Reymond at the age of 17. After completing his apprenticeship, he did a diploma in Fine Arts at RMIT but decided that his true love was cooking. Cameron worked at Grossi Florentino upstairs and subsequently moved to Europe where he worked at Michelin starred restaurants in London and Copenhagen. Upon returning to Australia he worked at Sepia in Sydney before moving back to Melbourne where he worked at Lesa until Covid hit. During the Coronavirus pandemic and the lockdown Cameron has been making his dream of having his own restaurant come true.
